Talos by Intelligent Paths

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Talos platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Talos is an AI-powered front desk platform provided by Intelligent Paths. The Service includes automated voice handling, appointment scheduling, lead capture, and Google Calendar integration to help businesses manage client communication and bookings.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Google Calendar Integration

Talos connects to your Google Calendar via OAuth 2.0. By authorizing the integration, you grant Talos permission to access your calendar events for the purpose of scheduling only. This authorization is revocable at any time through the Talos portal or your Google account settings.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

Sending spam or unsolicited communications
Harassment or abuse of any kind
Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and any other applicable regulations regarding outbound calls made through the Service.

Subscription and Payment

The Service is billed on a monthly subscription basis. Payments are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Talos, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, outages, or downtime.

Intellectual Property

The Talos platform, including all software, design, trademarks, and content, is owned by Intelligent Paths. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intelligent Paths shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intelligent Paths, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate the Service with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately in the event of a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Talos portal. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
